A release that stays on the wrist

It also needs a deliberate storage place when it is not in use; a small padded compartment keeps it from rattling around with other equipment.
Compare fit before features
Start with the release type already familiar to the archer. Then compare strap size or handle shape, the exact model name, and the supplied parts. Where possible, ask an archery shop to assess the fit before ordering. A model that feels awkward in the hand should not be chosen simply because it has more adjustments.
